My aim is to help you move and feel better through Pilates. I teach small Pilates classes and 1-1 2-1 3-1 private sessions in Huntly, Aberdeenshire.

I started Pilates in 2012 following a period of illness and it hugely helped me in my recovery, both mentally and physically.
▪️
I wouldn't be without it! My love and enjoyment of practicing Pilates and believing in the method is what made me decide to begin teaching and assisting others with Pilates.

Pilates can be great for improving posture, core and back strength, mobility and balance. Combined with fascia based movements it helps to create ease of movement and wellbeing inside - out. It is great on its own or compliments other forms of movement e.g. running or cycling. Also great for remedial work post operative or post injury as well as maintaining mobility and independence as we get older.

If you don’t feel flexible enough to do Pilates you need to start now! Pilates helps improve flexibility with practice.
▪️
Pilates is low impact but also a great compliment to fitness, great for wellbeing and lower stress and tension -As well as posture, back and core support. A balance of support and flexibility.

I have specialist qualifications for pregnancy, post natal, low bone density/osteoporosis and back pain. I offer sessions for remedial, beginner, improver and intermediate Pilates matwork and Pilates reformer in Huntly Aberdeenshire.
